Childcare Center Bus Driver
Your role at Child Development Schools combines safe, reliable student transportation with hands-on classroom support. You’ll drive children to and from school and activities, then assist Lead Teachers in creating a warm, engaging learning environment through activities, storytelling, and daily interactions that foster curiosity, confidence, and growth.
Responsibilities
- Provide on-time, safe, and reliable transportation for Before and After School programs
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom and bus environment
- Engage directly with children during activities, meals, transitions, and outdoor time
- Observe children and share developmental notes with the Lead Teacher
- Build relationships with families through warm, consistent daily communication
- Assist with classroom documentation, including attendance and daily reports
Pay
$14–$16 per hour, based on experience and education.
