About the role

Responsible for providing a safe and nurturing environment for infants and toddlers, implementing developmentally appropriate curriculum, assisting with daily routines such as feeding, diapering, and playtime, and maintaining a clean and organized classroom.

Responsibilities

• Implementing a curriculum that supports physical, cognitive, social, and emotional growth of infants and toddlers
• Assisting with daily routines including feeding, diapering, and playtime
• Maintaining a clean and organized classroom environment
• Collaborating with other teachers and staff to ensure continuity of care
• Participating in team meetings and professional development opportunities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
• Valid CPR and First Aid certification
• Experience working with infants and toddlers preferred but not required
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team environment
