Description
2 For U Childcare is seeking an energetic, nurturing Child Care Assistant/Toddler Teacher to join their team in the Toddler Classroom in Des Moines.
Responsibilities
- Provide a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for toddlers
- Implement developmentally appropriate activities that promote learning and socialization
- Support the growth and development of each child in the classroom
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure consistent care and support for children
- Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Age 18 or older
- Ability to pass all background checks
Qualifications
- Experience working with children is a plus but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new things
