About the role

The Nest Schools is seeking a School Assistant Director who understands the value of Early Childhood Education and will embrace the idea that our teachers are Early Childhood Professional Educators. This role is ideal for a current Assistant Director or lead teacher in Early Childhood Education looking for better compensation, support, and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a school community with a focus on early childhood education excellence.
• Embrace and promote the idea of teachers as Early Childhood Professional Educators.
• Collaborate with a full-time curriculum and education specialist to enhance learning experiences.
• Utilize classroom budgets to provide learning materials and crafts for teachers.

Qualifications

• Previous administrative experience preferred, ideally in a large Early Childhood Education school setting.
• Willingness to obtain a Director Credential.

Pay

USD $40,000.00 - USD $45,000.00 per year.
