Childcare Assistant Director

About the role

Inspire Early Education seeks an experienced and caring Childcare Assistant Director to join our team. This role involves working closely with the Center Director to ensure the day-to-day operations of the center, fostering a nurturing and stimulating learning environment, and engaging with parents and families.

Responsibilities

• Implement an Emergent Curriculum to help educators create a nurturing and stimulating learning environment.
• Ensure teachers support children's emotional, physical, and cognitive development while maintaining a safe and healthy classroom environment.
• Collaborate with professionals and support children with their specialized needs as necessary.
• Maintain documentation and records, ensuring compliance with state regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in early childhood education or equivalent.
• State of MO Director Qualified Certification.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• A positive attitude and passion for working with children.
