Essential Functions
- Perform all tasks as required in the written plan.
- Maintain productivity requirements as established by the program director or designee.
- Monitor and link clients to appropriate services both within LSSI and other community agencies.
- Complete and submit all necessary reports, billing, and documentation accurately and on time as required by agency and funding sources.
- Communicate with supervisor, work group, and collateral agencies regarding individual's and/or family's needs.
Position Qualifications
- A high school diploma (or GED) is required.
- An AA degree with two years of college experience is preferred.
- Age requirements may apply.
- A record of compliance with the law and clearance on the Illinois CANTS are required.
- Basic knowledge of child development and parenting or equivalent life experience is preferred.
- The ability to communicate both verbally and in writing in a clear, comprehensible manner is essential.
- A valid driver's license in good standing for the state of residency is required.
- Access to reliable transportation for visits, meetings, and to transport clients as needed is required.
- Valid IL statutory minimum liability insurance coverage, bodily injury, and property damage is required.
