About the Role

Provide a safe and high-quality experience to participants by leading youth in educational, recreational, or social activities aligned with program goals. Maintain positive relationships with staff, youth, volunteers, and program site administration while ensuring YMCA policies and guidelines are followed at all times.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe conditions for children and avoid hazardous or negligent activities.
• Supervise youth at all times and apply assertive discipline procedures.
• Handle all aspects of customer service, including greeting parents, addressing questions, and staying informed on program activities.
• Meet the individual needs of youth to ensure proper program coordination.
• Perform other assigned duties as required.
