About the role
Join as a Therapist to provide assessment and evidence-based clinical treatment to children, adolescents, and families, promoting emotional and behavioral growth.
Responsibilities
- Participating in innovative engagement initiatives for children and families
- Collaborating with team members to deliver evidence-based services such as TF-CBT, PCIT, PMT, and MI
- Conducting assessments, formulating diagnoses, and developing collaborative treatment plans
- Providing individual, family, and group therapy both in-person and via telehealth
Qualifications
- Master's degree in a relevant discipline
- Valid NJ license (LAC, LPC, LSW, LCSW, LaMFT, LMFT)
- Strong clinical skills and willingness to learn evidence-based protocols
- Valid driver's license, insured vehicle, and acceptable driving record
Skills
Evidence-based clinical treatment, assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, individual/family/group therapy, telehealth delivery.
Pay
Competitive salary starting at $60,000 with fee-for-service options from $40/hour; opportunities for bonuses, bilingual differential, and clinical supervision towards licensure.
