About the Role
We are seeking a Board Eligible/Certified Child Psychiatrist to join our team at the Behavioral Medicine Center.
Responsibilities
- Conduct inpatient rounds and manage acute psychiatric cases, independently or with residents/nurse practitioners
- Provide call coverage and respond to psychiatric residents for case staffing
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team
- Offer supervision or consultation to residents and nurse practitioners when present
Qualifications and Skills
- Board eligibility or certification in Child Psychiatry
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a training environment
- Strong communication and clinical skills
Schedule
The role involves onsite weekend inpatient rounding on child behavioral health units, with flexible scheduling based on departmental needs.
Pay
Compensation ranges from $190 to $195 per hour.
