We need to produce HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually we need to use headings for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must include only sections that have real specific content. The posting includes: Introduction (maybe About the role), Job Summary, Key Responsibilities..., The Ideal Candidate Will Possess..., Minimum Qualifications, Preferred Qualifications, Job Contingencies and Special Requirements, plus mention of hiring bonus ($3,000). Also mention of Loudoun County being Forbes best employer etc. We need to remove boilerplate: EEO, equal opportunity, application instructions, etc. Also remove "ALL SECTIONS OF THE APPLICATION MUST BE COMPLETED..." etc. Also remove navigation, cookie, legal, etc. Also remove duplicated lines. We need to preserve all substantive information. So we need to include content about the role, responsibilities, qualifications, skills, benefits (hiring bonus), maybe schedule? No schedule info. Pay? Not specified besides bonus. So we should not create Pay or Schedule sections unless stated. Benefits: we have hiring bonus $3,000. Could also consider other benefits? Not mentioned. So we can include a Benefits section with that bonus. We need headings: Use

for section headings. So we could have:

About the Role

(maybe combine Introduction and Job Summary). Or we could have separate sections: About the Role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits. But we must not repeat job title as heading. That's fine. We need to decide what goes where. About the Role: could include introductory paragraph about Loudoun County, Department of Family Services, CPS Trainer position, job summary. Responsibilities: list from Key Responsibilities (Training & Workforce Development, Coaching & Practice Support, Quality Improvement). Use
  • . Requirements: maybe Minimum Qualifications and Job Contingencies? But Requirements could be minimum qualifications plus contingencies? However we have Qualifications section separate. The instruction says use headings for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we need to map content accordingly. We could treat: - About the role: introduction and job summary. - Responsibilities: key responsibilities bullet list. - Requirements: maybe minimum qualifications (education/experience) plus job contingencies (background check, driver's license, certifications). - Qualifications: preferred qualifications (experience, master's degree, Master Trainer certification). - Skills: The Ideal Candidate Will Possess list (knowledge, abilities, communication, proficiency). - Benefits: hiring bonus $3,000. - Pay: not specified -> omit. - Schedule: not specified -> omit. We must not create sections with filler text. So we omit Pay and Schedule. We need to ensure we preserve all substantive information: include mention of Forbes recognition? That's introductory fluff but maybe considered substantive? It's about employer recognition. Could include in About the role. It's not boilerplate; it's part of the posting. We'll keep. We must remove EEO, reasonable accommodation, application instructions, etc. Also remove duplicated lines: there is a line of underscores etc. Remove. Now craft HTML. Structure:

We should not include Pay or Schedule. Check that we didn't repeat any boilerplate. We removed EEO, reasonable accommodation, application instructions, etc. We kept all substantive info: Forbes recognition, location, job summary, responsibilities, requirements (min quals, contingencies), preferred qualifications, skills, hiring bonus. Make sure we didn't miss any details: The job summary also mentions "This position does not have formal personnel-management authority. The Training Specialist provides training direction and competency recommendations during onboarding, while the assigned supervisor retains responsibility for formal performance management and final decisions regarding work assignments and independent case responsibility." That's substantive; we should include it somewhere, maybe in Responsibilities or About the role. Let's add a bullet under Responsibilities or a paragraph after responsibilities. Since it's about authority, could be under Responsibilities as a note. Let's add a bullet: "Does not have formal personnel-management authority; provides training direction and competency recommendations during onboarding while assigned supervisor retains responsibility for formal performance management and final decisions regarding work assignments and independent case responsibility." Add to Responsibilities list. Also note: "This position reports to the CPS Program Manager and Program Administrator and supports workforce readiness, practice consistency, and quality improvement." Already in job summary; we could keep there. Also note: "The Training Specialist ensures training aligns with Virginia Department of Social Services (VDSS) CPS policy and practice standards, applicable laws and regulations, and Loudoun County Department of Family Services policies and procedures." Already in job summary. Also note: "The successful candidate will join the Child Protective Services program within the Department of Family Services which envisions better health, safety, and well-being for all." Already in About. Also note: "We support individuals and families in the community to live their best lives while advocating for those most vulnerable and respecting their right to self-determination." Already. Also note: "Depending on assignment background check may also include fingerprinting, and NCIC; pass TB test within 30 days of hire." Already. Also note: "Depending on assignment, must maintain current trainer certifications in American Red Cross CPR/First Aid/AED, Therapeutic Options (TO), and American Red Cross OSHA." Already. Also note: "Job Contingencies and Special Requirements" we captured. Also note: "The Ideal Candidate Will Possess" we captured as Skills. Also note: "Minimum Qualifications" captured. Also note: "Preferred Qualifications" captured. Also note: "This position is eligible for a $3,000 hiring bonus." captured. Also note: "Loudoun County Department of Family Services seeks a dedicated and experienced professional for its CPS Trainer position." captured. Also note: "Located 35 miles west of Washington DC" captured. Also note: "Loudoun County is one of the fastest growing counties in the country, known for its excellent quality of life and strong economy, while embracing its historic presence." captured. Also note: "Loudoun County offers a diverse blend of cultural, recreational, and educational opportunities." captured. Also note: "ALL SECTIONS OF THE APPLICATION MUST BE COMPLETED..." removed. Also note: "THE RESUME IS CONSIDERED SUPPLEMENTAL INFORMATION ONLY." removed. Also note: "APPLICATIONS THAT ARE INCOMPLETE OR INDICATE 'SEE RESUME' WILL NOT BE TAKEN INTO CONSIDERATION." removed. Also note: "Equal Employment Opportunity" etc removed. Also note: "Reasonable Accommodation" removed. Now produce final HTML fragment. Check for any missing content: The phrase "The Training Specialist serves as an instructional leader, field coach, and practice consultant, providing structured onboarding, classroom and virtual instruction, field-based coaching, competency assessment, and continuing professional development." Already in job summary. Also "This position provides specialized training and workforce development for staff assigned
