Child Interventionist/RBT - Part Time/After School Hours

About the role

A dynamic opportunity for a skilled Child Interventionist/RBT to join our team. This part-time position offers flexible hours during after-school hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapeutic support to children in a safe and nurturing environment.
• Implement evidence-based interventions to promote positive behavior and emotional development.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized plans for each child.
• Document progress and communicate regularly with families and team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
• Current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
• Experience working with children in a therapeutic setting.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with children and families.
• Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
