In this position, the clinician will provide quality psychotherapeutic services to all patients and their families; serve as a member of an interdisciplinary team supporting the organization's treatment program and philosophy; and assure the deliverance of quality treatment to patients and their families.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive psychosocial assessment for mental health, co-occurring disorders, domestic violence, and medical needs. Conduct follow-up as appropriate based on results of evaluation.
• Provide daily therapy sessions in a group and individual sessions as needed.
• Document in client records according to established protocol, including submitting reports as needed.
• Complete Master Treatment plans as required.
• Maintain client records, including all mandated agency forms in accordance with agency policy, state confidentiality, and HIPAA laws. Keep all records and information confidential.
• Develop and implement therapeutic treatment plans in concert with the interdisciplinary treatment team.
• Demonstrate sound application of Cognitive Behavioral Theory and methodology.
• Develop and coordinate an individualized discharge plan for the patient by utilizing the treatment team and written chart information to determine the patient's aftercare needs.

Requirements

• Master's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field preferred.
• License requirement: LMHC, LCSW, or LICSW or license-eligible status.
• Minimum of three years of relevant experience in a behavioral health setting, preferably in an outpatient or partial hospitalization setting.
• Able to work collaboratively with a treatment team with all providers within the hospital.
• Art therapy experience would be helpful.
• EMR experience is highly preferred.
• Experience with psychosocial assessments and treatment planning is essential.

Schedule

Full-time, 40 hours per week.

8:00 AM - 4:30 AM, Monday - Friday with one weekend day a month.

Pay

Salary: $68,640 - $114,400.

$10,000 Sign-on Bonus.
