Child Development Specialist

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA therapy techniques under BCBA supervision
• Deliver personalized sessions
• Teach social, communication, and behavioral skills
• Build strong relationships with children and families
• Track progress through assessments and data collection
• Collaborate with team members
• Communicate with parents
• Maintain accurate documentation
• Pursue ongoing professional development

Qualifications & Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Passion for working with children on the autism spectrum
• Patience, empathy, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, adaptability, time management, growth mindset, and flexibility for varied hours
• Prior ABA experience is preferred but not required
