Responsibilities
- Create hands-on activities tailored to children's needs and interests.
- Maintain open communication with parents about daily milestones.
- Ensure a safe, clean classroom by following established procedures and guidelines.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED.
- College coursework in early childhood education, a CDA, or related degree is preferred.
- Prior experience in child care, daycare, or preschool settings is advantageous.
- Knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP) is required.
- Candidates must pass background checks.
