About the role

Responsibilities
- Teach children in a variety of subjects using our curriculum guides and classroom management tools.
- Communicate with parents through our classroom tablets.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills.
- Collaborate with colleagues to support the overall success of the center.
- Engage in heart projects that promote community service and character development.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience working with children preferred, but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Passion for making a positive impact in children's lives.
Qualifications
- Current CPR and First Aid certification.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass a background check.
Skills
- Effective communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Patience and empathy towards children.
- Technology proficiency, particularly with classroom tablets.

Pay
The salary range for this position is $15 - $20 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
Schedule
Flexible schedule that includes evenings and weekends, with the option to work part-time or full-time.
