- Conduct performance evaluations for team members
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in software management
- Experience leading a team of at least 10 developers
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
