About the role

Responsibilities

• Teach children in a classroom setting using our curriculum and classroom management tools.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through special training, certifications, and education reimbursement.
• Support the overall mission of Big Blue Marble Academy by fostering a positive environment for children and staff.
• Participate in Heart Projects that focus on character development and giving back to the community.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working with children preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for making a difference in children's lives.

Qualifications

• Valid CPR and First Aid certification.
• Background check and reference checks.
• Ability to pass a drug screening.
