Responsibilities
- Uphold mission and values to create an inclusive environment
- Monitor program quality and document children's learning
- Ensure compliance with licensing and accreditation standards
- Support the Center Director in daily operations
- Mentor teachers and facilitate family interactions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in early childhood education, education, or a related field
- At least two years of leadership experience in high-quality child care settings
- Strong understanding of compliance, health, safety, and licensing standards
- Ability to pass state and company background checks
- Passion for fostering enriching environments for children and families
