    About the Role

    The Opportunity

    We are hiring a full-time Child Care Aide to support our classrooms serving infants through PreK. This is an entry-level position with training provided, but it is not a low-expectation role. You will play an important part in maintaining a safe, structured, and engaging environment for children.

    Responsibilities

    • Support Lead Teachers in maintaining a structured and safe classroom
    • Actively engage with children throughout the day (on the floor, during activities, and transitions)
    • Help maintain consistent routines and expectations
    • Aid in classroom organization, cleaning, and daily tasks
    • Work as part of a team to ensure children are supervised and cared for at all times
