About the Role

Work one‑on‑one with children diagnosed with autism to enrich their lives by providing exceptional therapy services and support. Implement evidence‑based behavior treatment plans, teaching social, communication, and life skills. Collaborate with and learn from top clinical minds in the field, preparing you for a career in healthcare, behavioral health, or education.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy to early‑childhood clients with autism.
• Implement evidence‑based behavior treatment plans targeting social, communication, and life skills.
• Collaborate with clinical team members and learn from experienced professionals.
• Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions.

Qualifications

• Passion for working with children with autism and their families.
• Eagerness to join an energetic, caring team of professionals.
• High school diploma (bachelor’s degree in any field preferred).
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
