Child and Youth Program Assistant

AdministrativePart-time
We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting summary includes description. We need to use

for section headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must include only sections that have real specific content. The posting includes summary, duties, requirements, qualifications, education, additional info. No explicit Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we should not create those sections. We need sections: About the role (maybe from summary), Responsibilities (duties), Requirements (conditions of employment), Qualifications (entry/intermediate/target levels), Skills maybe part of qualifications? Could combine. But we must not create thin sections. Let's decide: About the role (summary paragraph). Responsibilities (duties categories). Requirements (conditions of employment). Qualifications (education and experience levels). Possibly Skills could be omitted if covered. We'll not add Skills if not distinct. We must preserve all substantive info, not invent. Remove boilerplate like EEO etc. The posting includes a lot of text; we need to keep it but format. We'll produce:

About the role

... summary ...

Responsibilities

  • ... each duty bullet? The duties are grouped into categories with descriptions. We could list each category as a li with its description. Or we could keep paragraphs. The instruction: Use
    • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So we need to convert duties into list items. Could list each category as a li with its description inside maybe

inside li? Simpler: each li contains the category heading and description. We'll produce li for each: Curriculum, Indoor and Outdoor Environment, Interactions and Relationships, Supervision of Children and Youth, Parent and Employee Communication, Assessment, Compliance, Additional Responsibilities. Inside each li we can put the description as text. Similarly for Requirements: list items for each condition: Must be 18+, complete training certificates, pass background checks, undergo drug testing, pass pre-employment physical, provide immunization evidence, employment contingent on proof of education, marijuana statement, Test Designated Position, reside within 50 miles. Qualifications: list items for each level: Entry Level, Intermediate Level, Target Level, Education. We must not repeat job title. No Job ID. We must not include sections like Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Let's craft. We need to ensure we preserve all substantive info. That's a lot; we need to include all details from the posting. Might be lengthy but okay. We'll extract the summary: "CYP ASSISTANTS MULTI-LEVEL - FLEXIBLE CYP Assistants work directly with children and youth, keeping them actively engaged, well-cared for, and safe while participating in the CYP. The CYP Assistant's day includes helping children develop social skills such as making friends and conflict resolution; make healthy choices whether it be choosing nutritional snacks or appropriate recreational activities; build self-help and school readiness skills; and explore the environment around them." We'll put that in About the role. Now Responsibilities: We'll list each category with its description as given. We need to copy the description text exactly? We should preserve all substantive information, not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include the details as given. We'll copy the paragraphs for each category. Let's copy each: Curriculum: "Develops schedules and activity plans. The incumbent of this position will be subject to and must consent to a pre-employment and random drug testing. - Must reside within 50 miles of the chosen hiring installation at the time of application. Also later: "Conditions of Employment Cont.: Incumbents must satisfactorily complete all background checks for child care positions, including fingerprint checks, a Tier 1 with Child Care check, and a State Criminal History Repository (SCHR) check. Participation in Direct Deposit/Electronic Fund Transfer within the first 30 days of employment is required. We utilize E-Verify to confirm selectee's eligibility to work in the United States. Candidates should be committed to improving the efficiency of the Federal governmen" We need to include all that as part of Requirements. It's a lot; we can keep as list items but maybe better to keep as paragraphs? The instruction: Use

      • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So we need to make each requirement a list item. However many of these are sentences; we can break them into separate li items. Could combine related sentences into one li if they belong same bullet. But to preserve all info, we can split. We'll create li for each distinct requirement: - Must be 18 years of age or older. - Complete required training certificates, and maintain certifications or credentials required by Federal, State, and/or national accreditation institutions used as part of DoD's Child and Youth Programs. - Pass all applicable records and background checks. - Undergo pre-employment and random drug testing.
