About the role
Provide culturally sensitive outpatient mental-health care to children and adolescents through individual and family therapy, crisis intervention, and safety planning.
Responsibilities
- Conduct culturally sensitive clinical assessments
- Deliver outpatient individual and family therapy
- Develop and implement crisis and safety plans
- Participate in case consultations and discharge planning
- Ensure accurate clinical documentation and billing
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field
- Experience working with children and families
- Provisional license if required by jurisdiction
- Strong commitment to ethical practice and confidentiality
