About the role
This role is built for therapists who want meaningful clinical work without unnecessary administrative overhead.
Responsibilities
- Provide 100% telehealth therapy to children, teens, young adults, and/or families
- Conduct intakes, therapy sessions, and ongoing treatment planning
- Collaborate with our Clinical Director as needed for complex or crisis cases
- Complete documentation efficiently using built-in AI tools
- Customize your clinical preferences so we can match you with clients aligned to your expertise
- Manage your caseload so you're seeing as many clients as you want with a cadence that makes sense for your client
Qualifications
- Active associate license in Illinois (LMFT, LCSW-A, or LPC-A)
- At least 500 supervision hours accumulated
- Strong foundation in CBT and evidence-based treatment delivered via telehealth
- Experience with ADHD, anxiety disorders, depression, and related conditions
- Enjoys autonomy and working in a supportive virtual environment
- Spanish bilingual is a plus

Pay
Guaranteed hourly pay, every two weeks, regardless of insurance reimbursement
Schedule
Minimum of 5 hours/week, with the option to build up to a full caseload. Weekends and evenings are available but never required. You choose the ages, conditions, and session types you want to work with.
