Child and Adolescent Therapist LPC or LCSW Outpatient

Ellie Mental Health Waukesha is looking for a fully licensed LPC or LCSW who is passionate about providing therapy to children and adolescents (ages 5+) in a supportive outpatient setting. Whether your approach includes play therapy, CBT, DBT-informed care, family systems, art-based interventions, or other evidence-based modalities, we believe clinicians do their best work when they have the freedom to practice authentically.
About the role
Competitive compensation with uncapped earning potential. Typical full-time earnings (25 sessions per week): $65,000–$75,000+, depending on caseload and schedule. A strong referral stream of children, adolescents, and families to help you build your ideal caseload. Flexible scheduling that supports work-life balance. Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient psychotherapy to children, adolescents, and their families
- Conduct comprehensive diagnostic assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Utilize developmentally appropriate, evidence-based interventions
- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, schools, pediatricians, and other providers as clinically appropriate
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation, including assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes
Requirements
- Fully licensed LPC or LCSW (or Wisconsin equivalent)
- Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or another behavioral health field from an accredited program
- Experience providing therapy to children and adolescents (ages 5+) and enjoys working with families
- Organized, completes documentation in a timely manner, and maintains strong clinical boundaries
- Values collaboration, authenticity, and being part of a supportive team
