Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality virtual therapy to children, adolescents, and young adults using evidence-based practices tailored to each patient's developmental stage and unique needs.
- Build meaningful connections with patients and families, spending the necessary time to understand their needs, educate them about therapeutic approaches, and provide ongoing support.
- Monitor patient progress against care goals, adjusting treatment approaches as needed to ensure positive outcomes.
- Engage with other healthcare professionals and families to create coordinated treatment plans that address the whole child.
- Maintain thorough patient records and documentation, striving for the highest clinical and technical quality in all aspects of your work.
Requirements
- Licensed as a LMSW in Maryland
- A minimum of 1 year of experience working with children and adolescent patients
- A minimum of 1 year of experience working in a telehealth or virtual setting
- Own your own phone, computer, and high-speed internet
- Commit to a minimum of 8 hours per week during core hours, after 3pm Monday through Friday and 8am-7pm on weekends
- Commit to a fully on-site role, working in our Gaithersburg, Maryland clinic
Qualifications
- Experience working with children and adolescent patients
- Experience working in a telehealth or virtual setting
- Strong clinical skills and ability to tailor therapy to each patient's developmental stage and unique needs
- Ability to build meaningful connections with patients and families
- Experience working with developmental and neurodiverse populations
- Collaborative mindset and ability to engage with other healthcare professionals and families
- Openness to feedback and eagerness to learn and grow in a supportive clinical community
- Comfortable using technology, including Google Suite, Electronic Medical Records systems, and other virtual platforms
- Flexibility and willingness to reschedule with patients when needed

$75 - $85 USD
Schedule
Full-time, on-site role, working in our Gaithersburg, Maryland clinic. Flexible schedule, set your own hours.
