Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality virtual therapy sessions for children, adolescents, and young adults using evidence-based practices tailored to each patient's developmental stage and unique needs.
- Build meaningful connections with patients and families, spending the necessary time to understand their needs, educate them about therapeutic approaches, and provide ongoing support.
- Monitor patient progress against care goals, adjusting treatment approaches as needed to ensure positive outcomes.
- Engage with other healthcare professionals and families to create coordinated treatment plans that address the whole child.
- Maintain thorough patient records and documentation, striving for the highest clinical and technical quality in all aspects of your work.
Requirements
- Licensed as a LMSW in Maryland
- A minimum of 1 year of experience working with children and adolescent patients
- A minimum of 1 year of experience working in a telehealth or virtual setting
- Own your own phone, computer, and high-speed internet
- Commit to a minimum of 8 hours per week during core hours, after 3pm Monday through Friday and 8am-7pm on weekends
- Commit to a fully on-site role, working in our Frederick, Maryland clinic
Qualifications
- Experience with evidence-based practices
- Skilled in delivering effective psychotherapy across developmental stages and neurodiverse populations
- Comfortable using technology, including Google Suite, Electronic Medical Records systems, and other virtual platforms
- Flexible and patient-centered, willing to go the extra mile when working with families
Skills
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams
- Proficiency in clinical documentation and record-keeping

$75 - $85 USD
Schedule
Onsite role, minimum of 8 hours per week during core hours, after 3pm Monday through Friday and 8am-7pm on weekends
