Position Summary
Blackbird Health is seeking a Child and Adolescent Therapist to join our team remotely. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care and be empowered to make a significant impact on the lives of young patients and their families. We welcome applicants who are independently licensed in any state and will sponsor licensure in one or more of our operating states to facilitate immediate caseloads.

Employment Options Available
- Part-time positions for independently licensed therapists (LCSW, LPC, LMFT)
- W-2 Employee - Part-Time (20 hours/week)
Compensation & Benefits
- Total Earning Potential: Up to $95,000+ annually
- Base Salary: $45,000 for a part-time schedule (20 hours/week)
- Guaranteed income with predictable scheduling
- 17 clinical hours + 3 administrative hours per week
- Earn $70 per clinical session for additional clients beyond your base caseload
- Benefits: Full benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with employer match
- Paid time off: Generous paid time off plus 11 company holidays
The Basics You'll Need
- Independently licensed as an LPC, LMFT, or LCSW in at least one U.S. state
- Willingness to obtain licensure in one or more of Blackbird's operating states (we cover the cost)
- One (1) year of experience providing individual, direct care therapy to children and adolescent patients
- One (1) year of experience working in a telehealth or virtual setting
- Own your own phone, computer, and high-speed internet
- Flexibility to work during Blackbird's core after-school hours: after 3pm ET during the week and/or weekends
How You'll Make an Impact
- Provide individual evidence-based therapy to children, adolescents, and young adults (ages 2-26)
- Build strong therapeutic relationships through consistent, high-quality care
- Develop and adjust individualized treatment plans based on ongoing assessment of patient progress
- Invest in your patient relationships by establishing positive, trusting rapport with patients
- Participate in consultation to enhance clinical skills and receive feedback and support
- Collaborate with other specialty providers
- Maintain thorough, timely clinical documentation and patient records
- Involvement and advice from family members or outside specialists when appropriate
