Child and Adolescent Therapist
About the role
As a Therapist at Blackbird Health, you’ll play a vital role in delivering high-quality virtual and in-person therapy to children, adolescents, young adults, and their caregivers. You’ll build meaningful relationships with patients and families, taking the time to understand their needs, support engagement in treatment, and educate them on therapeutic approaches that foster long-term progress.
Employment options
- 1099 Contractor: LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or LSW, Pay: $85-$95 per session, Benefits: medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, PTO + 11 holidays
- LCSW, LPC, LMFT W2 Part-Time (20 hrs/week): Pay: $50,000 base + $80/session beyond base caseload, Benefits: medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, PTO + 11 holidays, life insurance, short term and long term disability
- LSW W2 Part-Time (20 hrs/week): Pay: $35,000 base + $60/session beyond base caseload, Benefits: medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, PTO + 11 holidays
- LCSW, LPC, LMFT W2 Full-Time: Pay: $85,000-$90,000, Benefits: medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, PTO + 11 holidays, life insurance, short term and long term disability

Who you are
- Active Pennsylvania license: LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or LSW
- 1+ year of experience with children and adolescent patients
- 1+ year of telehealth or virtual setting experience
- Available after 3pm ET weekdays and/or weekends
- Passion for family-centered, high-touch care
Salary Range
$35,000 - $105,000 USD
