Responsibilities

  • Conduct individual and/or group therapy sessions for children, adolescents and parents.

  • Develop, implement and monitor personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients and families.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes.
  • Provide crisis intervention and support as needed.

  • Participate in community outreach and engagement initiatives.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in mental health care.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Social Work
  • Valid state licensure (LCSW, LMSW, LMHC)
  • Experience working with children and adolescents in a therapeutic setting.
  • Strong understanding of developmental psychology and mental health disorders.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Compassionate demeanor with a passion for helping young individuals.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional growth and learning.
