Responsibilities
- Conduct individual and/or group therapy sessions for children, adolescents and parents.
- Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to address mental health challenges.
- Develop, implement and monitor personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients and families.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes.
- Provide crisis intervention and support as needed.
- Foster a safe and supportive environment for clients to express their feelings.
- Participate in community outreach and engagement initiatives.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in mental health care.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Social Work
- Valid state licensure (LCSW, LMSW, LMHC)
- Experience working with children and adolescents in a therapeutic setting.
- Strong understanding of developmental psychology and mental health disorders.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Compassionate demeanor with a passion for helping young individuals.
- Commitment to ongoing professional growth and learning.
