Child and Adolescent Therapist

About the role

As a Therapist at Blackbird Health, you’ll play a vital role in delivering high-quality virtual and in-person therapy to children, adolescents, young adults, and their caregivers. You’ll build meaningful relationships with patients and families, taking the time to understand their needs, support engagement in treatment, and educate them on therapeutic approaches that foster long-term progress.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality virtual and in-person therapy to children, adolescents, young adults, and their caregivers.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients and families, taking the time to understand their needs, support engagement in treatment, and educate them on therapeutic approaches that foster long-term progress.
• Work alongside an interdisciplinary team to make a meaningful impact in the lives of young patients and their families through compassionate, evidence-based care.

Requirements

• Active Pennsylvania license: LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or LSW
• 1+ year of experience with children and adolescent patients
• 1+ year of telehealth or virtual setting experience
• Available after 3pm ET weekdays and/or weekends
• Passion for family-centered, high-touch care

Pay

Salary range: $40,000 - $105,000 USD

Schedule

Multiple employment tracks are available: 1099 Contractor, W2 Part-Time, and W2 Full-Time. Each track offers different pay rates and hours.
