Child and Adolescent Therapist

About the role

As a Therapist at Blackbird Health, you’ll play a vital role in delivering high-quality virtual and in-person therapy to children, adolescents, young adults, and their caregivers. You’ll build meaningful relationships with patients and families, taking the time to understand their needs, support engagement in treatment, and educate them on therapeutic approaches that foster long-term progress.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality virtual and in-person therapy to children, adolescents, young adults, and their caregivers.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients and families, understanding their needs and supporting engagement in treatment.
• Educate patients and families on therapeutic approaches that foster long-term progress.
• Work alongside an interdisciplinary team to provide compassionate, evidence-based care.

Requirements

• Active Pennsylvania license: LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or LSW
• 1+ year of experience with children and adolescent patients
• 1+ year of telehealth or virtual setting experience
• Available after 3pm ET weekdays and/or weekends
• Passion for family-centered, high-touch care

Pay

$40,000 - $105,000 USD

Schedule

• Multiple employment tracks available
• Options include 1099 Contractor, W2 Part-Time, and W2 Full-Time
• Core hours: after 3pm weekdays and/or weekends
