About the role

A health system in a beautiful community near Raleigh, North Carolina is seeking a child and adolescent psychiatrist to help grow a service line. This position comes with massive potential—as there are limited numbers of providers in the county, so ample referrals to be busy from day one. A brand‑new 16‑bed, freestanding unit is located on the second largest medical school and residency in the state.

Responsibilities

• Base salary + productivity with wRVU
• Can be 100% inpatient or a combination of inpatient/outpatient
• Ability to see children, adolescents, and adults
• Minimal competition in the area
• Opportunity to work with students and residents

Pay

Pay rate: $350,000.00 – $450,000.00 (base salary + productivity with wRVU)

Schedule

Beeper call only; flexible inpatient/outpatient mix (can be 100% inpatient or combination).
