Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist
Samaritan Health Services, a non-profit integrated health care delivery system, is seeking a full-time Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist (MD/DO) to join our team at Samaritan Mental Health - Circle Blvd in Corvallis, OR. About the role
- Hospital-employed, PSLF-eligible full-time role with some telehealth availability
- Join a tight-knit, collaborative team including one on-site child psychiatrist, four additional child psychiatrists at a neighboring site, a therapist, a care coordinator, and MA support
- Clinic is open Monday–Friday with an average volume of 10–12 patients per day
- Visit types include initial evaluations, medication consultation/management, and limited therapy
- Minimal call responsibilities, consisting of infrequent backup coverage for an adjacent inpatient psychiatry unit where residents and fellows serve as the primary first-call providers
- Mentorship opportunity with Samaritan Child/Adolescent Fellows and Psychiatry Residents
- Use of EPIC EMR
Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry
- Current Oregon medical license or license-eligible
- Eligibility to work in the United States
