About the Role
Lightheart Mental Health, a member of Transformations Care Network (TCN), seeks Child & Adolescent Psychiatrists who will collaborate across disciplines to provide holistic, evidence‑based care. Physicians will lead a team of Advanced Practice Providers (PMHNPs/PAs) and utilize innovative treatments such as Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) and Spravato (esketamine) to transform client outcomes.
Responsibilities
- No required call duties.
- Treat children and adolescents in an outpatient setting.
- Provide psychiatric assessments, psychotherapy, and ongoing medication management.
- Supervise and mentor Advanced Practice Providers (PMHNPs/PAs).
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team delivering medication management, psychotherapy, interventional treatments, and neuropsychiatric testing.

Pay
The compensation range for this role is $250,000 – $300,000, with individually tailored packages and earning potential of $300,000+ based on licensure, experience, market‑driven enhancements, and incentive opportunities.
