Schedule
Full-Time (36 patient-facing hours/week). Monday-Friday, with limited weekend rotation.
Requirements
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry
- Licensed or eligible for licensure in Oregon
- Interest in consults and eating disorder coverage preferred
Responsibilities
- Pathways Program (PH/IOP): Care for 7-8 adolescents (ages 13-17)
- Outpatient: Child & Adolescent Psychiatry
- Consults: ED and pediatric floors at Providence St. Vincent (approx. 2x/week)
- Psychiatric evaluation, diagnosis, medication management
- Collaboration with therapy teams
- Call Coverage: 2 weeknights per month, 3 weekends per year
Clinical Approaches
- Collaborative Problem Solving (CPS)
- Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT)
- Family systems
- Support high-acuity patients with mood disorders and behavioral challenges
