This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated Child & Adolescent Psychiatry Physician to join a team supported by a strong referral base and the full resources of a robust health system network. Collaborate with a dedicated, multidisciplinary team supported by 24/7 nursing, Social Work, Occupational Therapy, and Education Specialists. Enjoy a balanced inpatient schedule with a 7-on/7-off rotation (7:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.). Provide care on a 17-bed inpatient behavioral health unit serving adolescents (ages 5–18), with an average daily census of 11 patients and typical length of stay of 5–7 days, focused on acute crisis stabilization for conditions including suicidal/homicidal ideation, psychosis, and other safety concerns. Serving a surrounding population of 230,000.

Minimum Requirements You’ll Need
- Licensure / Certification / Registration: One or more of the following required: Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Minnesota Board of Medical Practice obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Wisconsin Medical Examining Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
- Education: Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required.
