Child And Adolescent Psychiatrist

Responsibilities

• Ability to work collaboratively with a supervising psychiatrist
• Participate in new-hire orientation
• Maintain timely health records within our EHR
• Pursue practice standard of care for the delivery of medication management and psychotherapy services
• Appropriately refer patients internally for medication management, psychotherapy, and other needed treatment modalities

Qualifications

• Unrestricted license to practice in the state of care delivery
• Active DEA
• Board certified or board eligible
• Medication management required, therapy management preferred
• Able to utilize the EHR and other software for care delivery
• Able to demonstrate an understanding of a variety of models and theories of mental illness & related issues
• Understanding of diagnostic criteria for dual conditions and ability to conceptualize modalities and placement criteria within the continuum of care
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
• Able to work with others and demonstrate leadership qualities

Compensation

• Competitive base salary, uncapped earnings
• Sign-on bonus
• Quality bonus ranging from $20,000 to $20,000
• Productivity bonus ranging from $20,000 to $100,000 per year (paid quarterly)
• Base salary includes supervision of 1 APP. Supervision beyond the first APP is $625/APP/month (no additional admin time though)
• 80% in office / 20% WFH if desired
