Child & Family Therapist (LSW, LPC, MFT) | Part-Time |

About the role

We are seeking a licensed Child & Family Therapist to join our expanding outpatient mental health practice. The ideal candidate will enjoy working with children, adolescents, and families while providing high-quality, evidence-based care in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual therapy to children and adolescents
• Provide family therapy and parent coaching
• Conduct behavioral health assessments
• Develop treatment plans and measurable goals
• Complete progress notes and documentation in the EHR
• Collaborate with schools, physicians, psychiatrists, and community providers
• Utilize evidence-based interventions including CBT, Trauma-Focused CBT, Play Therapy techniques, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Family Systems approaches
• Participate in clinical consultation and supervision as appropriate

Qualifications

• Required: Master's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or related field
• Active Illinois license as: LPC, LSW, LCPC, LCSW, or LMFT
• Strong clinical and documentation skills
• Preferred: 2+ years of child and adolescent therapy experience, Play Therapy training, Trauma-informed Care Experience, Experience working with foster care or child welfare populations, Bilingual Spanish-speaking clinicians

Pay

$40.00 to $55.00 per clinical hour
