Child Advocacy Case Manager
About the role
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Child Advocacy Case Manager to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with children, families, and community partners to ensure the voices and needs of children and youth are heard and addressed.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and support children’s emotional, physical, and social well-being
- Observe and document behavior, academic progress, and home environment
- Manage complex cases, including intake, assessment, service planning, and follow-up
- Absess situations, identify challenges, and develop practical solutions to overcome barriers
- Collaborate with families, schools, agencies, and community partners
- Transport clients using your personal vehicle as needed
- Maintain accurate documentation and meet program standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable vehicle
- Ability to pass all required background clearances
- Ability to pass pre-employment, post-offer drug screening
- Willingness to work non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends
Qualifications
Passing all required background clearances and pre-employment, post-offer drug screening are mandatory. Non-traditional working hours, including evenings and weekends, are also required.
Skills
Passion for Child Welfare, Juvenile Justice, or Social Work is encouraged. Experience in case management, child advocacy, and collaboration with community partners is preferred.
