Lead a multidisciplinary team of clinical/consultative and support staff, to support the social-emotional, behavioral, and educational development of children the program cares for.
Ensure the collection, review, analysis, and reporting of data related to outcomes for children, families, and programs served
Facilitate team meetings and training for staff, childcare providers, parents/caregivers, and external stakeholders
Use a range of techniques, including positive behavioral support, and a treatment model that designed to help stabilize children in crisis, reduce high-risk symptoms, and support children and special needs child-adolescence as they build skills related to overcoming behavioral health challenges
Work closely and in collaboration with Nursing staff to ensure patient care and regulatory requirements are met
Adminstratively, the Program Director will be responsible for recruiting, hiring, orienting, training, supervising, and managing staff, comprising clinical consultants and specialized support staff
Familiarize themselves with the NRPPD staffing grid, balance budgeted FTE's along with other costs for the units

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from accredited school
Valid Massachusetts RN license in good standing
Experience 2+ years of managerial/clinical experience in a therapeutic treatment setting that serves young children and Special Needs population
Computer proficiency, in the use of computer systems for clinical information management
Excellent oral/ written communication skills
Able to demonstrate ability to produce written reports in a timely manner
Experience working within an acute psychiatric setting with supervisory experience
