Child & Adolescent Therapist (Part-Time, Virtual/School-Based)

About the role

Provide evidence-based virtual therapy to K–12 students, conducting assessments, establishing diagnoses, and developing individualized treatment plans. Collaborate with families, school staff, and care teams to support student success, ensuring timely clinical documentation and adherence to best practices. Assess and respond to clinical risks following safety protocols.

Qualifications & Skills

• Active, unrestricted Nevada license (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC)
• Experience providing therapy to children and adolescents
• Comfort delivering care via telehealth
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and documentation skills
• Passion for expanding access to pediatric mental health care

Responsibilities & Support

• Deliver flexible, part-time virtual therapy with a minimum of 7 sessions per week during peak hours, including school hours, evenings, and weekends
• Focus on clinical care while administrative tasks like referrals, billing, and credentialing are managed by the organization
• Utilize secure telehealth platforms and EHR systems
• Engage in ongoing professional development, clinical support, and team collaboration
