Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist - Hybrid Schedule
About the role
LifeStance Health is actively seeking Child Psychiatrists in the San Diego area. We are a rapidly growing behavioral health practice group committed to providing high-quality, personalized mental healthcare.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive mental healthcare services to children, adolescents, and adults
- Collaborate with mid-level providers for additional compensation
- Participate in multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care
- Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Prescribe medications and provide psychotherapy as needed
- Stay updated with the latest research and treatment modalities in child and adolescent psychiatry
Requirements
- Must be fully licensed in one or more US states
- Board Certified/Board Eligible in Psychiatry
- Unencumbered DEA license
- Experience in both medication management and therapy for child and adolescent populations
Qualifications
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
- Completed residency training in psychiatry
- Passionate about patient care and clinical excellence
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

$376,000 - $423,000, compensation model based on productivity
