Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist - Hybrid Schedule

About the role

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive mental healthcare services to patients in an outpatient setting.
• Collaborate with mid-level providers as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Manage medication regimens and conduct psychotherapy sessions.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and research projects.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of evidence-based treatment plans.

Requirements

• Must be fully licensed in one or more US states.
• Must hold a Board Certification in Psychiatry (BE/BC).
• Must be unencumbered by the DEA.
• Experience in both medication management and therapy for adult populations.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO).
• Completion of an accredited residency program in Psychiatry.
• Passing scores on the United States Medical Licensing Examination (USMLE) or Comprehensive Osteopathic Medical Licensing Examination (COMLEX).

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in using digital health technologies.

Pay

$376,000 - $423,000, compensation model based on productivity.
