About the role

LifeStance Health is actively hiring Child Psychiatrists in the San Diego area. We are a rapidly growing behavioral health practice group committed to providing high-quality, personalized mental healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive mental healthcare services to children, adolescents, and adults
• Collaborate with mid-level providers for additional compensation
• Participate in a collegial work environment with strong administrative support
• Utilize latest digital technology in clinical practice

Requirements

• Must be fully licensed in one or more US states
• Must have a BE/BC in Psychiatry
• Must be unencumbered by DEA
• Experience in both medication management and therapy for child and adolescent populations

Qualifications

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
• Board Certification in Psychiatry
• Excellent communication skills
• Passionate about patient care and clinical excellence

Skills

• Effective communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong clinical skills in both medication management and therapy

$376,000 - $423,000, compensation model based on productivity
