Child Access Supervisor - Relief - Bilingual Preferred

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and friendly visitation environment for all participants and support positive interactions between children and parents during visits.
• Facilitate and document parent-child interaction.
• Intervene or redirect interactions if needed.
• Ensure the child’s physical and emotional well-being during each visit.

Requirements

• Must have: excellent communication and organizational skills, common sense and maturity, be able to effectively set limits with others, valid driver’s license and regular access to a reliable vehicle.
• Be able to safely supervise children and to carry out the routine tasks and physical activity required to keep up with children and their parents.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must have some experience with children and families.
• Experience with victims of domestic violence a plus.
• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred.
