Responsibilities
- Design and execute quantitative analyses of compensation, workforce, and governance data across industries
- Participate in expert interviews, panels, and press inquiries on behalf of ACPWB regarding non-executive director compensation benchmarking
- Maintain and expand ACPWB's proprietary compensation and workforce data infrastructure
- Develop and maintain internal training resources for the firm's non-executive director compensation benchmarking methodology
- Translate complex analytical findings into accessible narratives for non-technical audiences
- Contribute to ACPWB's thought leadership calendar through articles, white papers, and speaking engagements
- Participate in client onboarding and discovery processes, including intake interviews
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Human Resources, Finance, Statistics, or a related discipline
- Undergraduate GPA of 3.5 or above, or equivalent demonstrated academic achievement
- Professional certification (CCP, CEP, CBP, or equivalent) preferred or in progress
- Experience designing or executing equity compensation program design programs from scope definition through final delivery
- Comfort presenting findings to skeptical or challenging audiences
Preferred qualifications include advanced Excel modeling skills, experience working with family-owned businesses, background in financial analysis or investment research, and experience with pay equity regression modeling and statistical disparity analysis.
