Chief Transportation Officer

The Role

The Chief Transportation Officer (CTO) will lead a team of 10 staff and manage a $5.6 million budget, covering transportation planning, traffic engineering, shuttle operations, traffic safety programs, signal operations, grant funding, and major mobility initiatives.

Essentials

• Deep technical expertise in transportation planning, traffic engineering, policy development, and project delivery
• Broad experience in transportation management, planning, traffic engineering, or related functions
• A Bachelor’s degree
• Five (5) years of increasingly responsible transportation management, planning, traffic engineering, or related functions
