Chief Technology Officer

Lead the technical vision for ØPUS Intelligence. You will own the platform architecture, scale our AI infrastructure, and build the engineering team that delivers the next generation of cultural marketing intelligence. This is a founding-level role with meaningful equity. 10+ years in engineering leadership, with at least 3 leading a full-stack product organizationDeep experience with AI/ML systems at scale — LLMs, vector databases, data pipelinesTrack record of shipping enterprise-grade SaaS products from 0 to productionStrong opinions about product, culture, and what great engineering teams look like Build the models and pipelines that power ØPUS's cultural intelligence engine. You will work across audience analysis, generative campaign tooling, and our proprietary tribal knowledge systems — turning raw cultural signal into actionable marketing intelligence. 4+ years building and deploying ML systems in production environmentsHands-on experience with LLMs, embeddings, RAG pipelines, and vector searchProficiency in Python, PyTorch or JAX, and cloud ML infrastructure (AWS/GCP)Curiosity about culture, media, and how people actually behave online
