Chief Strategy Officer
About the Role
Join Hunt Electric at a pivotal moment in our company's history as we transition to a holding company structure, expand manufacturing capabilities, pursue strategic acquisitions, and deepen our presence in construction markets. As Chief Strategy Officer, you will build the enterprise growth engine shaping Hunt's next generation. This role leads growth functions, sets market and customer direction, guides business development, estimating, marketing, and strategic planning to build a healthy future backlog aligned with Hunt’s capabilities and long-term objectives.
The CSO partners closely with the President to ensure growth decisions reflect Hunt's operational capacity, leadership capability, and strategic direction, balancing future opportunities with execution excellence. Working with the CEO, President, and operating leaders, you will help Hunt pursue the right work, develop next-generation leaders, and create lasting opportunities for employee-owners. This role sits on Hunt's executive leadership team, contributing to enterprise direction, leadership development, and long-term organizational capability.
We seek someone with experience leading growth strategy in construction, industrial services, engineering, manufacturing, mission-critical infrastructure, or complex B2B organizations where execution capability is central to success. At Hunt, leadership competencies—developing others, clear communication, delivering results, empowering teams, and leading with integrity—are as important as accomplishments.
