Chief stimator

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Estimator to lead all estimating functions across a growing construction operation. This individual will be responsible for overseeing preconstruction efforts, developing competitive and accurate pricing strategies, and building and managing a high-performing estimating team.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the estimating department, including senior estimators and support staffOversee all preconstruction activities from conceptual budgeting through final bid submissionDevelop accurate cost estimates for a wide range of projects (commercial, healthcare, industrial, or multifamily)Drive value engineering and cost-saving strategies while maintaining quality and scope integrityReview plans, specifications, and proposals to ensure complete and competitive pricingEstablish and maintain relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and industry partnersCollaborate with executive leadership, project management, and business development teamsAnalyze market trends, labor conditions, and material pricing to inform estimating strategiesParticipate in client presentations, interviews, and proposal developmentImplement best practices, processes, and tools to improve estimating accuracy and efficiencyQualifications10-15+ years of construction estimating experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership roleProven track record leading estimates for large-scale, complex projectsStrong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and cost driversExperience with a variety of project types (healthcare experience strongly preferred)Exceptional leadership and team development skillsHigh level of financial and analytical acumenProficiency in estimating software (e.g., Sage Estimating, On-Screen Takeoff, Bluebeam, or similar)Strong communication and negotiation skillsBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferredWhat We OfferCompetitive base salary + executive-level bonus structureComprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision)401(k) with company matchVehicle allowance or company vehiclePaid time off and holidaysOpportunity to shape and lead the estimating function within a growing organizationHigh-visibility role with direct impact on company strategy and project pipelineBenefits Vacation/PTO Medical Dental Vision 401k Bonus Relocation Telecommute Email Your Resume In Word To Amr.Hassan@CyberCoders.com Looking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
